Bertram Dhellemmes directed several videos in the early 1990s that were presented in
festivals and exhibitions, with the support of the Audiovisual Center of the University of
Lille and Heure Exquise ! He focused then of video scenography for dance performances,
also directed in 1999 the 16mm short movie Partie 0.1 produced by Le Fresnoy - National
Studio for Contemporary Arts. Since 2004, he started a new series of video works combining
dance and narration, in collaboration with Ines Birkhan.

Also collaborates with directors for video scenographies of dance
pieces, and shot & edited numerous dance video captations.
